If you cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam folder, try adding @bncollege to your contact list. Afterwards, we recommend sending another password reset email request.
After you have reset your password, please return to your LMS to continue the account pairing process.
We have started processing Fall orders. Once we process the order, your books will get you in the method you chose. You can charge all books and SMU gear to your SMU account. Enter your student ID number in the Student Direct Charge under payment options. For the status of your order, go to your SMU Bookstore account or our mobile app "My College Bookstore" for an update. If you need to make changes to your order please call or e-mail the store with your Order Number. Currently we are open Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM and Saturday from 10AM-5PM.
